Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you submit an order request, create a customer portal account, contact us, submit a review, join the update list, upload or receive a resource, or exchange a private portal message. A signed-in customer may receive one service reminder when items remain in an active cart for 48 hours. Active carts are cleared automatically after 72 hours; clearing or submitting the cart sooner cancels a scheduled reminder when possible.

• Name, email address, telephone number, and shipping or pickup address.
• Cart contents, cart timestamps, and reminder status. When signed in, a cart may be associated with the customer account to provide requested reminders.
• Requested products, order history, fulfillment status, invoices, and related customer-service communications.
• Portal account identifiers, assigned resources, uploaded files, and private support messages.
• Basic website activity such as page visits, product views, cart activity, and device or browser information used for security and site improvement.

Payments and service providers

Customers select Cash App, Venmo, Square card, or USDC on Solana when submitting an order request. An approved private invoice displays the selected payment method. RLB Laboratories records the selected payment method and may record a transaction reference or public blockchain transaction signature after payment is independently verified. Card details are entered and processed by Square; RLB Laboratories does not collect or store full card numbers or customer Cash App or Venmo sign-in credentials. Customer sign-in is provided through Clerk. We may also use website hosting, email, communication, analytics, and shipping providers as needed to operate the business.

How we use information

We use customer information to review and fulfill order requests, issue invoices, provide pickup or shipping instructions, maintain customer portals, assign educational resources, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or misuse, improve the website, and comply with business, accounting, security, and legal obligations.

How information is shared

We share information only when reasonably necessary with providers that support payment processing, authentication, website hosting, communication, shipping, and business operations; when you direct us to do so; or when required by law. RLB Laboratories does not sell customer personal information.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses browser storage and similar technologies to remember your research-use acknowledgment, preserve your order-request cart, maintain secure sign-in, measure site activity, and support essential website functions. Clearing browser data may remove these saved preferences.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. Marketing updates may be discontinued at any time by contacting us.

This website and its catalog are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
