These terms govern use of rlblabs.com, including the research catalog, order-request process, customer portal, and educational resources.
Eligibility and acceptance
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have reviewed the research-use notice, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the catalog, portal, or order-request system.
Research use only
Products identified as “Research Use Only” are offered strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, in-vitro, or educational research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Products expressly labeled for external use or another lawful consumer use may be used only as stated on their individual labels. Website content and customer resources are educational and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Prohibited misuse, assumption of risk, and release
PRODUCTS LABELED “RESEARCH USE ONLY” MUST NOT BE INGESTED, INJECTED, INHALED, APPLIED TO THE BODY, ADMINISTERED TO A PERSON OR ANIMAL, OR USED TO COMPOUND OR PREPARE ANY PRODUCT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.
The purchaser is responsible for lawful handling, storage, research, and disposal and must not provide a research-use product to another person for prohibited human or animal use.
If a purchaser disregards these restrictions, or supplies a research-use product to another person who does, the purchaser knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks caused by that prohibited misuse, including contamination, infection, allergic or anaphylactic reaction, overdose, serious or permanent injury, and death. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser releases and agrees not to hold RLB Laboratories, its owners, employees, and agents liable for claims, damages, injuries, or death caused by the purchaser’s prohibited misuse or unauthorized human or animal consumption or administration.
This release applies to harm caused by prohibited misuse. It does not authorize human or animal use, does not change a product’s legal status, and does not waive any right or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Order requests and acceptance
Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance or reserve inventory. RLB Laboratories reviews availability and may approve, modify, or reject a request. An approved request is confirmed through a private payment invoice texted to the telephone number provided by the customer.
Payment deadline and cancellation
Customers must select Cash App, Venmo, Square card, or USDC on Solana during checkout. Approved invoices display the selected payment method and must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. Unpaid orders will be canceled after the payment window and reserved inventory may be released. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate telephone number and complete address and monitoring their text messages for the invoice and related instructions.
Final-sale policy
All payments are final once submitted. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are available after payment except where required by applicable law. Review all products, strengths, quantities, fulfillment details, delivery information, and fees before paying an invoice.
Pickup and shipping
Orders may be offered for local pickup or shipping as shown during checkout. Standard shipping is $15. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $300 or more. Pickup or shipping instructions are provided after payment. Customers must provide complete and accurate fulfillment information.
Local mixing service
The optional mixing service is available only for local pickup orders and cannot be included with a shipped order. Customers must email RLB Laboratories before selecting a mixing fee so the appropriate fee can be identified. Do not add the service until instructions have been received.
Crypto payment option
Customers who select USDC must send the exact invoice amount in USDC to the wallet address displayed on their private invoice using the Solana network only. Sending another token, using another network, or sending to an incorrect address can permanently lose the funds. Customers must verify the address and network before sending and provide the transaction signature or payment screenshot for manual verification. Any advertised crypto discount applies only when it appears on the approved invoice.
Customer portal and communications
Portal access is personal and may require approval. Keep your sign-in information confidential. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content or use private messaging for emergencies or medical advice. RLB Laboratories may suspend access when needed to protect customers, the website, or business operations.
Availability and website information
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and website features may change without advance notice. We work to keep information accurate but may correct typographical, pricing, availability, or technical errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law. We may update them as the website and business change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
